An Amin11 chord would need a D, the 11th note in the key of A Major.  The chord shown above uses only A, C, E, and G.

An Amin13 chord would need an F#, the 13th note in the key of A Major.  The chord shown above uses only A, C, E, and G.

The chord shown above is Amaj9.  maj9 is built with the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th notes of the major scale.  The presence of the C# (major 3rd), G# (major seventh) and B (ninth) notes indicate Amaj9.

The chord shown above is D7#9.  7#9 is built with the 1st, 3rd, 5th, b7th, and #9th notes of the major scale.  The presence of the C (b7), and E# (#9) notes indicate D7#9.  This chord shape does omit the 5th (A), which is common.
